Vegan!

Ingredients
2 cups Kumquats (chopped & thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Red onion (chopped)
1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Kosher salt to taste
Optional mix-ins include
Chopped mangoes
And/or avocado
SERVING SUGGESTIONS INCLUDE:

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Prepare, then mix the ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for 1 hour to let the flavors combine, stirring occasionally.
